Initial Appointment

Our first session will usually last one hour. It is a chance for us both to find out what we need to know about each other.

Appointments

Sessions usually last for 50 minutes and will mostly take place on a weekly basis. I will always be as flexible as possible to make appointment times that fit in with your life and your working week.

Fees

I charge £35 per session but can offer a discount to those on a low income.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel our appointment for any reason, I ask that you do so as soon as possible. If you cancel within 48 hours of our appointment a fee will be applied.

Confidentiality

Everything that is discussed within our sessions is completely confidential. As a professional requirement I will discuss my client work with my supervisor. This is an important way to help, support and guide me through our work. Supervision is also vital to make sure I am working ethically and in the best interest of my clients.
